Introduction

Oceanwave Digital SA was formed in 2002 to provide remote support services to an IT support company based in London. This relationship has grown from pure support services to a fully outsourced service providing;

To this end, we have formed key partnerships with IBM, Lenovo, Microsoft and Netgear, to allow us to draw on a large range of products in designing solutions for our clients. Through our distributors, we also have access to many other hardware and software brands and their related support.

Operating from Durbanville, Cape Town, we also service clients based in and around Cape Town and Johannesburg. We are specialists in the field of remote support. We have forged partnerships with other support companies in Johannesburg and Durban to extend our reach for support that requires onsite presence.

Products and Services

Oceanwave Digital SA are providers of IT support and consulting services. We provide different levels of support based on the needs of our clients, ranging from workstation support to designing multi site active directory and messaging implementations.

We are a one stop shop for our clients, taking ownership of all IT related issues, and managing the complete process from logging the call through resolution. We call third party vendors (ISP, Telkom) and arrange for fault resolution as required.

Oceanwave are leaders in providing VPN solutions to our clients, enabling remote working solutions, office at home and connecting branch offices together to share resources.
