Ad Hoc Support
When an 'Ad hoc' client requires our assistance we will be there to set them on the right path again by providing remote or onsite support as needed.
Where we are able to access your network remotely we bill in 6 minute increments (1/10ths of an hour), providing fast and economical support.
For onsite visits in Cape Town we charge a minimum of 1 hour (from R250) and thereafter in 6 minute increments.
This is ideal for clients who have very minimal IT support requirements and need occasional access to expert back-up without financial commitment, or for companies that have some inhouse expertise but require occasional specialist assistance. Our Hourly rates (VAT Exclusive): - Consulting: R400 per hour.
- Specialist/Firewall work: R400 per hour.
- Server work - R350 per hour.
- Workstation work - R250 per hour.
